| Responsibilities | Be in charge of one of the wide variety of product lines, including screw punch, brake discs for motorcycle, vane for CVT pumps and parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Ensure that a production line is always maintained in line with preset targets for output, quality, cost and other metrics. Ensure that the production line plays a central role and function like a mother factory in manufacturing in collaboration with overseas locations. |
